Job Title: Product Manager, Education

CSA Group is seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our Education team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of education and training products that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute product plans that align with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities and develop effective solutions.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform product development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Manage product development and launch activities, including project planning, resource allocation, and budgeting.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
  • University degree in a relevant field, such as education, business, or marketing.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in product management, education, or a related field.
  • Strong business acumen, with experience in market research, analysis, and strategy development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Product management certification, such as the Certified Product Manager (CPM) designation.
  • Experience in training needs assessment and data analysis.
  • Strong verbal and written skills, with the ability to present to senior leaders.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak in French is an asset.
