Job Overview

One Stop Legal seeks an administrative support specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Support our employees by providing guidance and resources as needed.
Education and Experience

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of administrative experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

Work Environment

Work will be completed at our physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
