Job Description:

Owen HVAC Corp. is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff members, focusing on developing their skills and expertise.
  • Autorize payments by cheque, maintaining financial accuracy and transparency.
  • Order merchandise, managing inventory levels and optimizing supply chain logistics.
  • Establish work schedules, promoting a healthy work-life balance among team members.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing valuable insights for business growth.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, showcasing excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
Supervision and Security:
  • Directly supervise 1-2 people, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Criminal record check required, prioritizing the safety and security of our team and customers.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Attention to detail is crucial in this role, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.
