Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at Hanin Mart Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for leading sales and inventory management initiatives to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise Sales Team
Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and optimize customer relationships.
Sales Strategy and PlanningDevelop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue, expand customer base, and improve market share.
Inventory ManagementOversee inventory levels, monitor stock movements, and ensure efficient order fulfillment.
Merchandise Ordering and AuthorizationManage the ordering process, authorize returns, and maintain accurate inventory records.
Work Schedule EstablishmentCreate and manage work schedules to ensure optimal resource allocation and productivity.
Cash ManagementOversee cash handling procedures, reconcile accounts, and prevent financial discrepancies.
Issue Resolution and Customer ServiceAddress customer complaints, resolve supply chain issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
Team Leadership and DevelopmentFoster a positive team culture, lead by example, and provide training and support to team members.
Requirements and Qualifications- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a sales or management role.
- Prior Experience: Proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing teams, and improving business processes.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, and able to make sound judgments.
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 to $65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for career advancement.
