Assistant Store Manager

Job Summary
The Assistant Store Manager is a key member of the store team, responsible for supporting the Store Manager in maintaining exceptional Guest Services. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and profitability, while ensuring efficient store operations and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Establish and maintain a positive and welcoming store environment, ensuring that all Guests receive exceptional service and support.
- Store Operations: Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including managing inventory, controlling expenses, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Staff Development: Support the development of store staff, providing training and coaching to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent Guest Services.
- Merchandising and Inventory Control: Assist in the development and implementation of merchandising strategies, including visual merchandising and inventory management.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all store operations are in compliance with Company policies and procedures, and identify and mitigate any potential risks to the business.
Requirements
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to stand for extended periods, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Experience: Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
