About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at AR ENTERTAINMENT LTD. as an Administrative Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Administration: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Document Preparation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, ensuring high-quality and error-free output.
Computer and Technology Skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
  • Work Environment: Permanent position with 35 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
