Key Responsibilities

  • Review HR projects to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, protecting the organization from potential risks.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Design and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent and support business growth.
  • Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide actionable feedback.

A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role is required, with a strong background in human resources management.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
