Job Title: Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our team at Black Sheep Pub & Liquor Store. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and respond to incoming and outgoing correspondence, including memoranda, submissions, and reports.
  • Prepare agendas and make arrangements for meetings, including committee, board, and other meetings.
  • Conduct research and provide data analysis to support business decisions.
  • Liaise with departmental and corporate officials, as well as other organizations and associations.
  • Administer budgets and propose improvements to methods, systems, and procedures.
  • Establish and maintain contact with suppliers and negotiate business contracts.
  • Prepare reports and coordinate special publicity events and promotions.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Dependability, flexibility, and adaptability.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
