As a Front Desk Associate at Planet Fitness, you will be the face of our Judgement Free Zone, providing a superior level of customer service to our members, prospective members, and guests. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure an exceptional member experience, promoting our Judgement Free Zone and connecting with members on the club floor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet members/guests, assist with questions or concerns, and check them in.
  • Help promote our Judgement Free Zone by offering assistance and support in their fitness journeys.
  • Resolve member concerns and escalate to a Manager as needed.
  • Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with inquiries.
  • Perform membership-related functions, such as sign-ups, updates, cancellations, and collecting unpaid balances.
  • Execute retail transactions with accuracy and drive sales goals.
  • Regularly clean and sanitize exercise equipment, Black Card spa amenities, and communal spaces.

About Your Qualifications
  • 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment is preferred
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Willing to become CPR/AED Certified
  • Basic computer proficiency
