About the Front Desk Associate Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Associate at Planet Fitness - Easy Mile Fitness. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring a superior experience in our Judgement Free Zone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Member Experience: Greet members and guests, assist with questions and concerns, and promote our Judgement Free Zone by connecting with members on the club floor.
• Customer Service: Resolve member concerns, answer phone calls, and assist with membership-related functions such as sign-ups, updates, and cancellations.
• Club Maintenance: Regularly clean and sanitize exercise equipment, Black Card spa amenities, and communal spaces, ensuring a clean and safe environment for our members.
• Prospective Member Engagement: Perform prospective member calls and tours, assessing their membership needs and promoting our services.
• Retail Sales: Execute retail transactions with accuracy and drive sales goals.

Requirements:

• 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to pass a background check
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified
• Basic computer proficiency
