Drive Commercialization and Marketing Strategies

We are seeking a seasoned Associate Marketing Manager to lead the commercialization process and execution of localized marketing strategies for our Portfolio Dolls brands, including Polly Pocket, Monster High, Disney Dolls, Universal Dolls, and other owned IP and/or licensed dolls brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead item-level forecasting and performance tracking to inform product marketing and manufacturing plans.
  • Activate marketing programs to meet profit and loss (P&L) targets and brand objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Global Brand Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Demand Planning.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to enhance brand recognition and point-of-sale performance.
  • Oversee day-to-day marketing operations and promotional planning.
  • Manage annual budgets for both media and non-media activities, ensuring effective resource allocation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in consumer or brand marketing, with 4+ years in a similar role with an MBA.
  • Proven expertise in marketing techniques, strategic planning, and driving results.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
