Brand Portfolio Marketing Manager

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated Brand Portfolio Marketing Manager to join our Keurig Dr Pepper team in Mississauga, ON. This is a permanent, full-time position with a hybrid work arrangement that requires 3 days on-site.
As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving excellence and growth across our Ready-to-Drink portfolio. Your primary focus will be on supporting the vision and growth strategy for this priority portfolio, which includes influencing innovation agendas, cross-functional collaboration, integrated planning, and ensuring best-in-class execution.
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about brand building, flawless 360-degree execution, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
**Responsibilities:**
- Support and collaborate with KDP and Mark Anthony teams throughout annual and strategic planning processes, helping to execute the KDP Ready-to-Drink portfolio vision and develop go-to-market plans by conducting in-depth analyses of the category, competitors, and consumers.
- Assist in executing integrated marketing campaigns and brand projects, including advertising (TV, digital, and social creative and media planning), promotions, PR, and packaging to support innovation, build brand equity, and drive awareness. Analyze business results and brand health metrics to ensure strategies are working and objectives are being realized.
- Support the development and deployment of annual omni-marketing strategies and activities (national campaigns, account-specific support, in-store brand activations, displays/signage, mobile/digital/social media elements) for key retailers.
- Co-manage the brand and omni-marketing budget, including planning, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Measure and report performance of both brand and omni-marketing activities, making recommendations for optimization to ensure best-in-class programs.
**What You'll Need:*
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a beverage industry setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with marketing software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Cloud and Google Analytics.
**Salary:** $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
