Are you a dynamic and emerging leader in warehouse operations? Uline is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team. You'll gain extensive knowledge and experience in managing warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, and supporting departments. Our 1 million square-foot warehouse is stocked with over 40,000 products, providing a unique opportunity for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Master all aspects of warehouse operations management through an 18-month rotational program, providing on-the-job learning and hands-on training.
  • Gain experience in managing a team of 20+ employees, guiding them to achieve exceptional levels of accuracy, safety, and performance.
  • Complete forklift and warehouse equipment certifications to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Ability to learn quickly in a high-volume warehouse environment.
  • 5+ years of hands-on management experience in 100,000+ square-foot distribution centers.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
