Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our distribution center, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient and effective management of inventory, and driving continuous improvement in our supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including receiving, stocking, and shipping of inventory
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve overall performance
  • Ensure accurate and timely inventory management, including cycle counting and physical inventory
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in warehouse management or a related field
  • Proven track record of improving efficiency and reducing costs in a warehouse environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to motivate and direct a team
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software
