Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our distribution center, ensuring efficient and effective inventory management, and driving process improvements to enhance our overall performance.
Key Responsibilities- Warehouse Operations: Direct and manage the activities of warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
- Inventory Management: Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts, overstocking, and inventory discrepancies.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to warehouse staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including those related to health and safety, environmental sustainability, and supply chain management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a related field, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of warehouse staff. Proficient in inventory management software and systems, with experience in process improvement and change management.
