Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness
  • Manage operational procedures, including receiving and shipping, inventory management, and warehouse organization
  • Plan and coordinate production schedules and resource allocation to meet job assignments and production targets
  • Monitor and report on warehouse activities, including sales, inventory control, and purchasing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise

Requirements

  • Proven experience in logistics leadership, preferably in a warehouse management role
  • Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures
  • Excellent communication and conflict management skills
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
