Warehouse Operations Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Lineage Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our warehouse, ensuring efficient and safe operations, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness
- Manage operational procedures, including receiving and shipping, inventory management, and warehouse organization
- Plan and coordinate production schedules and resource allocation to meet job assignments and production targets
- Monitor and report on warehouse activities, including sales, inventory control, and purchasing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise
Requirements
- Proven experience in logistics leadership, preferably in a warehouse management role
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures
- Excellent communication and conflict management skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
