**Campus Business Development Manager**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a **Campus Business Development Manager**. As a key member of our campus-focused business, you will play a vital role in growing our service by providing critical support to local marketing and operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute marketing plans that increase brand awareness and diner acquisition.
- Recruit and Train Local Ambassadors: Recruit, train, and oversee local ambassadors to promote Kangaroo and create engaging content.
- Organize Events and Community Building: Organize events and activities that build a community and experience around the brand.
- Support Local Restaurant Partners and Courier Network: Assist in supporting our local restaurant partners and courier network to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborate with HQ and Student Team Members: Collaborate with our HQ team and other student team members to innovate solutions to challenges and implement best practices.
- Academic Background: Completed at least one (1) year of your undergraduate studies.
- Marketing and Communications Experience: Some experience in marketing and/or communications, or a demonstrated competency and passion in this field.
- Local Campus Knowledge: Deep knowledge and understanding of your local campus market.
- Time Management and Execution: Ability to get things done and execute well, with strong time management skills.
- Growth Mindset: Willingness to be coached and trained to maximize your potential and the potential of the local business you'll be responsible for.
- Adaptability and Hustle: Ability to effectively manage your time, balance academic and professional requirements, and ask for help when necessary.
