Marketing Manager

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Call Centre Guys Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and be able to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and vendors
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure effective use of marketing resources
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) setting
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
