Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Assistant - Food and Beverage to join our team at Mary Brown's Chicken. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

About the Role:

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers, adhering to strict health and safety guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the kitchen, dining area, and storage facilities.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a positive dining experience for customers.
  • Assist with stock management, including receiving, storing, and rotating inventory.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a food service or customer-facing role is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Able to lift up to 25 kg and stand for prolonged periods.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
