Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Brodi Food Services Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure timely delivery of food and services.
  • Train and supervise food service staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Hire and manage food service staff to meet operational needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys to ensure high-quality service.
  • Develop and implement work schedules to meet operational demands.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
