Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Brodi Food Services Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Training
    • Train and supervise food service staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
    • Develop and implement training programs to improve staff performance and productivity.
  • Operations Management
    • Plan and coordinate food service operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
    • Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and supplies to ensure optimal use of resources.
    • Establish and maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive excellent service and have a positive experience in our food service operations.
    • Respond to customer complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
