Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Brodi Food Services Ltd. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our food service operations.
  • Train and Supervise Staff: Provide comprehensive training to our food service staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Inventory Management: Accurately estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure seamless meal preparation.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high quality control standards.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Delivery Supervision: Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely and efficient service.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
