Food and Beverage Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at Château de Mercuès. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for guiding our Food and Beverage operations to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and improve guest satisfaction
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service and quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events and services
- Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and other operational expenses
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity
Requirements
- 4 years of experience in a Food and Beverage management role in a luxury hotel or restaurant
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and labor control
