Job Description

This role involves providing administrative support to senior management, coordinating office procedures, and maintaining accurate records. Key responsibilities include:

  • Determining and establishing effective office routines and protocols
  • Scheduling appointments and confirming meeting details
  • Answering telephone calls, relaying messages, and handling electronic inquiries
  • Compiling data, statistics, and other relevant information
  • Ordering office supplies and managing inventory levels
  • Greeting visitors and directing them to the correct contacts or service areas
  • Setting up and maintaining manual and computerized filing systems
  • Preparing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Previous experience in a similar field of employment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Word, and Windows
