Job Title: Supervisor, Media Planning

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor, Media Planning to join our team at OMD Canada. As a key member of our media planning team, you will be responsible for developing and executing media strategies that drive business growth and meet client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute media plans that align with client goals and objectives
  • Manage and develop junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
  • Collaborate with account leads to drive overall digital strategy and associated tactics
  • Effectively communicate paid media insights, reporting, trends, and new initiatives to client/agency partners and vendors
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in the industry

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience managing online marketing/advertising accounts
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Confidence in analyzing and acting on marketing data
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
