Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute digital media plans to meet client objectives
- Manage and develop junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their growth and success
- Collaborate with account leads to drive business growth and meet client goals
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends, technologies, and best practices to inform media planning decisions
- Communicate paid media insights, reporting, and trends to clients and agency partners
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
- 3+ years of experience managing online marketing/advertising accounts
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Confidence in analyzing and acting on marketing data
- Comprehensive in-house training program
- Special Days (extra time-off days around statutory long weekends)
