About the Role

Cossette Media is seeking a highly skilled Digital Media Strategist to join our Performance Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing world-class performance media strategies for top-tier clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute paid search and social media strategies to drive measurable results for clients
  • Collaborate with senior client and stakeholder relationships to deliver effective communication and touchpoint strategies
  • Manage and train a team of high-performing individuals to achieve exceptional results
  • Partner with leading social platforms, including Google, Bing, Facebook, and Pinterest, to drive innovation and growth
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in a digital media environment, with a strong understanding of paid search and social media
  • Advanced knowledge of AdWords, Bing, Meta, and other leading social platforms, including their APIs and scripting systems
  • Understanding of digital measurement and reporting, including privacy-forward solutions
  • Experience working with audience data strategies for clients
  • Strong project management skills, with experience using tools like airtable, smartsheets, Trello, and Asana
