This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a fast-paced environment, performing a variety of clerical duties to support the efficient registration of patients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Obtaining necessary patient demographic information and registering patients on computer systems
  • Performing all receptionist functions, including directing and controlling patient movement
  • Maintaining accurate death records
  • Making telephone calls as requested
  • Requesting charts from Health Records

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • One (1) year related experience in an office, clinical environment, or patient registration department
  • Fluently bilingual in both English and French
  • Keyboarding speed: 35 wpm
  • Ability to retain information that is confidential in nature
  • Good interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills
  • Legible handwriting
