About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Grace Hospital. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing professional practical nursing services to designated patients, including independent nursing services, administration of prescribed medical treatments, collaboration and interaction within the healthcare team and participation in the coordination of patient care and discharge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and implement individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and perform various medical procedures as required
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain current skills and knowledge
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • A diploma in Licensed Practical Nursing from an approved program
  • Current registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Manitoba
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in the applicable clinical area
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $32.024 to $40.325 per year, based on experience. Additionally, you will have access to ongoing education and training opportunities, a comprehensive benefits package, and a supportive work environment.
