- A valid First Aid/CPR certification and willingness to obtain Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Certification.
- Moderate physical abilities, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents.
Caldwell Road Elementary offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
