About the Role

Responsibilities
Our Customer Service Ambassadors are responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing attentive service to guests. They will be expected to:
- Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and approachable manner
- Prepare food and beverages to O&B standards
- Ensure accuracy when entering information into the POS system
- Monitor food quality and presentation standards
- Respond promptly and courteously to any guest request or concern
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow all food safety standards and systems

Requirements
To be successful as a Customer Service Ambassador, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Prior barista experience desirable
- High attention to detail and cleanliness
- Passionate about customer service
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while working in a fast-paced environment
- Organizational skills and sales ability
- Ability to multi-task and maintain a level of professional urgency and momentum
- Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to engage our guests
