Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Service Leader to join our restaurant team at MLSE. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional hospitality to our guests and ensuring seamless service delivery in our high-volume restaurants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example, demonstrating outstanding customer service skills and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with the restaurant manager to develop and implement effective seating plans.
  • Verify accuracy of incoming deliveries, ensure proper storage, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Supervise the floor during service, address guest concerns promptly, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment, expediting food orders as needed.
  • Conduct closing duties, documenting any service issues or resolutions.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including employee performance reviews and scheduling.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a high-volume restaurant setting.
  • Solid understanding of restaurant business principles, service etiquette, and safety protocols.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and bartending operations.
  • Effective team management experience, with a proven ability to motivate and lead staff.
  • Smart Serve Certification is required.
  • Aptitude for identifying and assessing details, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
What We Offer

We provide a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a flexible hybrid work environment that supports employee wellbeing and opportunities for career growth and development.
