Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Product Lead to join our team at GeoComply, driving the development and launch of our payment/chargeback product. As a key member of our Product team, you will be responsible for overseeing all product development activities from conception to launch, collaborating with multiple teams across the organization.

About the Role
  • Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to build a growth strategy through experimentation and model-driven approaches.
  • Analyze data with data scientists to identify fraud trends and drive improvements in our chargeback product.
  • Maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers, serving as the primary point of contact and addressing their needs and feedback.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience delivering successful products in engineering or product management roles.
  • Previous experience in building products in fintech, payments, or chargeback spaces is an asset.
  • Strong technical depth and product instincts, with the ability to inform and evaluate engineering decisions.
  • Customer obsession: passionate about delivering exceptional user experiences and able to make design trade-offs.
  • Effective stakeholder management and ability to integrate with partners.
  • Bias for action: take initiative and address challenges hands-on.
  • Great presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and growth.
Preferred Qualifications
  • iGaming Industry experience.
