At Electronic Arts Inc., we're seeking a talented Technical Product Manager to join our Advanced Technology Group. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of EA Sports technology.

As a Technical Product Manager, you'll be responsible for proposing strategies for shared technology to support advancing character creation, realistic visuals, and user-generated experiences. You'll work closely with our Frostbite game engine teams and EA Sports game teams to transform technology strategy into execution plans.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Propose strategy for shared technology to support advancing character creation, realistic visuals, and user-generated experiences.
  • Transform technology strategy into execution plans, in collaboration with Frostbite game engine teams and EA Sports game teams.
  • Pull requirements and promote technology initiatives through stakeholder engagement.
  • Present to leadership on product vision and strategy.
  • Guide the team's engineering and architectural best practices, in partnership with the Technical Lead.

As a successful candidate, you'll have:

  • 7+ years of experience in gaming technology.
  • Technical leadership and/or mentoring experience.
  • Experience leading a team of 5+ engineers.
  • C++, architectural, and software engineering skills.
  • Experience with the software design/architecture process.
  • Demonstrated ability to explain technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Capability to translate a wide array of user requirements into a product plan for an engineering team.
  • Experience working with technical and creative partners.
