We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Execution Lead to join our team at Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC. As a key member of our merchandising team, you will be responsible for selling and ordering product, maintaining product displays, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Execute sales calls for assigned accounts, communicating activities to relevant parties.
- Manage merchandisers and visit customers to build, change, and remove product displays and point-of-sale materials.
- Execute and maintain point-of-sale advertising for all store accounts.
- Replenish products in store racks, shelves, displays, and coolers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Communicate effectively with leaders, operations managers, and merchandising team members to ensure quality and timely service to customers.
- Build, change, and remove product displays; maintain product signage; clean product space and secure damaged or defective product.
- Manage backroom operations, including organizing stock, identifying and reporting inventory levels, and evaluating and processing damaged product.
- Follow all company and store policies regarding backroom, display floor, replenishment, equipment, and safety.
- Provide exceptional customer service to consumers and store personnel, answering questions, locating product, and providing assistance as needed.
- Must be 18 years of age and legally eligible to work.
- Must have a personal vehicle for use during working hours.
- 1+ years of previous sales experience preferred.
- Food and beverage industry experience a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple customer accounts.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
- Excellent planning and organization skills.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record and current vehicle liability insurance.
- 1-year experience working in grocery, retail, warehousing, or related field, preferred.
- Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks or certification, preferred.
- 1-year experience working under little or no supervision.
