About This Opportunity

As a key member of our Coca-Cola Canada Bottling team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have the products they need to refresh the world and provide moments of optimism and happiness. As a Sales Execution Lead - Merchandising, you will be responsible for selling and ordering products, as well as maintaining product displays and point-of-sale advertising. You will also serve as a liaison between our team and customers, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with our service.

Responsibilities

  • Execute all sales calls for assigned accounts, ensuring that our customers have the products they need to meet their business goals.
  • Communicate account activities to appropriate parties, ensuring that our team is informed and aligned.
  • Manage merchandisers and visit customers to build, change, and remove product displays and point-of-sale advertising, ensuring that our products are displayed in a way that drives sales.
  • Execute and maintain point-of-sale advertising for all store accounts, ensuring that our brand is represented consistently and effectively.
  • Maintain and replenish products in store racks, shelves, displays, and coolers, ensuring that our products are always available and in stock.
  • Communicate consistently with leaders, operations managers, and merchandisers to ensure quality and timely service to our customers.
  • Build, change, and remove product displays; maintain product signage; clean product space and secure damaged or defective product, ensuring that our products are displayed in a way that is safe and appealing to customers.
  • Manage backroom by organizing stock (product); identifying, monitoring, and reporting inventory levels; evaluating and processing damaged product; re-packing product; organizing backroom materials (i.e., pallets, product shells, etc.); completing any required paperwork, ensuring that our backroom is organized and efficient.
  • Follow all Company and Store policies regarding backroom, display floor, replenishment, equipment, and safety, ensuring that our team is compliant with all regulations.
  • Act as an Ambassador by providing customer service to consumers and store personnel, answering questions, locating product, and providing assistance as needed, ensuring that our customers are satisfied with our service.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age and legally eligible to work.
  • Must have a personal vehicle for use during working hours.
  • 1+ years previous sales experience preferred.
  • Food/beverage industry experience a plus.
  • Ability to handle multiple customer accounts.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
  • Excellent planning and organization skills.
  • Proficient computer application skills.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record with no major violations over the last three (3) years.
  • Must have current vehicle liability insurance.
  • 1-year exp. working in grocery, retail, warehousing, or related field, preferred.
  • Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks or certification, preferred.
  • 1-year experience working under little or no supervision.
