The Sales Execution Lead (SEL) is responsible for leading the Coke Canada's Sales Execution team within the assigned area. The team will work with national and local grocery chains and mass merchandisers to ensure our customers are always "in-stock" on shelves, displays and in coolers across the Coke Canada portfolio of beverages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff, train, evaluate and develop a team of full time and part time Sales Execution Associates (SEA).
  • Collaborate daily with internal Sales and Customer Operations partners to ensure alignment on all initiatives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to capture maximum sales and ensure our products are executed to the company's standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, in Business or related background preferred.
  • 1-3 years progressive Sales experience.
  • Previous progressive responsibility with account management at a consumer goods organization.
  • Proficient experience with computer applications such as SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Customer focused with proven relationship building strengths and solid experience developing workforce plans based on business goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to invite diverse perspectives, promote an inclusive work environment and support workforce diversity.
  • Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines.
