Thermo King Eastern Canada is seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resources Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR team and ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete the full recruitment cycle, including developing job descriptions, posting job ads, attracting applicants, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
  • Support the development and implementation of health and safety policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with Quebec legislation.
  • Manage CNESST claims and provide support with benefits administration and inquiries.
  • Assist with translations of documents and provide administrative support to the HR department.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual French/English is a must.
  • Completed Quebec schooling in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 2 years of Canadian Human Resources experience.
  • Computer experience in Microsoft Office.
  • Driver's license required.
