About the Job
We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career advancement. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a cook or chef, with a proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations and staff. You will be responsible for maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, as well as ensuring that all health and safety standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective preparation of meals
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
- Manage kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards
