About the Role

Voyago is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in London, Ontario.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruiter or hiring manager to take their career to the next level in Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interview candidates and maintain candidate databases
  • Monitor and apply recruitment best practices
  • Contribute to the new hire experience
  • Gather and audit required documentation
  • Work collaboratively with the Operations Team and Training department
  • Develop and oversee an innovative marketing strategy
  • Build community connections and partnerships
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources or equivalent work experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Goal-oriented attitude
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments at once
  • Enhanced organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • ADP software experience an asset
  • Strong Microsoft Office Experience
  • Experience with full-cycle recruitment
  • Ability to source candidates via multiple channels
  • Ability to travel throughout Southwestern and Central Ontario regions
