About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our Rehabilitation Services team. The successful candidate will assess, diagnose, and treat patients with actual or potential impairment, pain, functional limitations, or disabilities.

The Physiotherapist will provide service in outpatient, inpatient, and community settings, educating and communicating with other health disciplines, the general public, family members, and caregivers. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills are required.

The successful applicant may be required to provide services anywhere within the Rehabilitation Services portfolio.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree or entry-level master's program in Physiotherapy from an accredited university. Membership with the Nova Scotia College of Physiotherapists is also required.

Computer skills, including statistics input, word processing, and Outlook, are necessary. Annual Cardio-pulmonary Resuscitation certification is also required.

Competencies in other languages are an asset, with French being preferred.

Hours and Compensation

This is a permanent full-time position with 75 hours bi-weekly. The hourly rate is $33.97 - $42.89.
