Job Summary: We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to coordinate the flow of information within the team, plan and organize daily operations, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team
  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Oversee the preparation of reports
  • Perform data entry
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health and dental plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
