Senior Mechanical Project Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Project Manager to join our team at EllisDon. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading the mechanical and electrical components of construction projects from planning to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring that mechanical and electrical components are integrated into the overall project framework.
- Chair project meetings, providing technical guidance and resolving complex issues related to scheduling, costing, and quality control.
- Monitor project costs, ensuring accurate reporting and quality control measures are in place.
- Lead the commissioning team to ensure successful project handover and provide a record of system performance.
- Design and implement training programs to ensure a smooth transition from construction to facility management.
Requirements:
- Engineering or Mechanical degree or equivalent combination of technical training and industry experience.
- Proven experience in managing projects from end-to-end, including scope development, specification development, tendering, and project closeout.
- Minimum 3-7 years of experience in mechanical and electrical functions.
