We are a leading food services company that provides high-quality catering and hospitality services to various clients. As a Food Services Manager - Operations Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine Service Offerings and Operational Procedures

Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient service delivery. Determine the type of services to be offered and implement them accordingly.

Financial Management

Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms. Ensure accurate financial management and reporting.

Performance Reviews and Cost Control

Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and implement necessary changes. Control costs by analyzing and optimizing expenses.

Inventory Management and Health and Safety

Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient service delivery. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement necessary measures to prevent accidents.

Marketing and Customer Service

Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our services. Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Supervision and Team Management

Supervise a team of 11-15 people and provide guidance and support to ensure effective team management.

Computer and Technology Skills

Utilize accounting software, electronic cash registers, and other computer systems to manage operations efficiently.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is required.

Personal Suitability

Excellent oral and written communication skills, accuracy, client focus, dependability, efficiency, flexibility, organization, reliability, and teamwork are essential.

Working Conditions

The work environment is fast-paced, and the job requires working under pressure with tight deadlines. The role involves handling heavy loads, standing for extended periods, and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
