Position Overview

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within the food service industry
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet work schedules
  • Order food and kitchen supplies as needed
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning
  • Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation
  • Ensure compliance with quality control standards for food and service
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef
  • Oversee the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys
  • Establish and manage work schedules for staff
Supervisory Responsibilities

Responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 individuals.

Work Environment

This position requires working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines. The role involves a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with extended periods of standing and physical demands such as bending, crouching, and kneeling.

Work Conditions
