About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at 2224 Restaurants Ltd. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Restock food and beverage supplies as needed.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and responding to customer inquiries.
    • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Food Safety and Sanitation
    • Maintain a clean and safe food preparation and serving area.
    • Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures to prevent cross-contamination and foodborne illness.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively with other team members to ensure seamless service and efficient operations.
    • Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers, colleagues, and management.
