Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at First Last Staffing Services Inc. as an Operations Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to the operations team, including preparing reports, managing files, and coordinating meetings.
    • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Office Management
    • Oversee the maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
    • Coordinate the procurement of office services, including accommodation, relocation, and security services.
  • Communication and Reporting
    • Prepare and disseminate reports, manuals, and correspondence as required.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
