Production Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Production Coordinator to join our Data and Analytics (DnA) Team at Electronic Arts (EA). As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.
Responsibilities- Onboarding and Support: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the team. Collaborate with Recruiting, HR, IT, and managers to ensure desk and equipment setup, initial introductions, and a smooth start.
- Travel Coordination: Coordinate business travel, visas, and support with travel policy-related questions to ensure our team members can travel efficiently.
- Space Management: Oversee space management for our office locations, ensuring a productive and comfortable work environment.
- Team Events: Organize and coordinate logistics for team events, considering hybrid and remote work setups to ensure inclusivity.
- Software and Expense Management: Collaborate with IT to track and maintain software purchasing for the team as needed, and support leaders in keeping track of team travel, entertainment, and procurement expenses.
- International Shipping: Coordinate international shipping for packages, including corporate gifts and merchandise, to ensure timely delivery.
- Team Culture: Support and coordinate team-building activities and initiatives to promote team culture and foster a positive work environment.
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative environment.
- High reliability and organizational skills.
- Prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Strong planning, organizing, and scheduling abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and ability to quickly learn new programs.
