Production Coordinator

As a major player in the industry, the company designs, manufactures, and distributes a wide range of products, including suits, blazers, trousers, eveningwear, sportswear, dress shirts, neckwear, and outerwear.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Production Coordinator at Jack Victor Limited, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating with factories to ensure timely delivery of prototypes, sales, pre-production, and top-of-production samples.
- Communicating with fabric mills and overseas manufacturers to guarantee sampling and production schedules are met.
- Preparing Bills of Materials using existing templates for manufacturing partners.
**Additional Responsibilities**
You will work closely with the team to ensure:
- Technical packs and fit comments are complete and accurate.
- Production and sampling follow-up charts are created and updated daily.
**Merchandising Responsibilities**
- Assist in cutting and mounting fabric swatches on presentation cards.
- Create database files and labels.
- Document all sample yardage inquiries and follow up with fabric suppliers.
- Organize existing sketches, line sheets, and fabric proposals for Jack Victor mainline and private label programs.
**Requirements**
- 1-3 years of experience in apparel production or product development.
- Ability to plan, manage time, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Prioritize and re-prioritize work to meet critical deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask different responsibilities.
- Strong sense of motivation, highly organized, and ability to take initiative.
- Proficiency in Excel and Outlook.
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus.
